A little about me, I am a recent college graduate going back to get a master of science in psychology, I am starting this blog with a hope to promote self love, being yourself, and accepting imperfections.  As a female living in a western society, I feel the pressure that every women experiences whether they are a young girl, adolescent, young professional, or grown women.  I blame this pressure to fit an unattainable ideal as women, on society, but also the community and environment we put ourselves in, and our own minds in which these standards are created.  The purpose of Willinglybe is for women of all shapes, sizes, abilities, ethnicity, and cultures to learn to “willingly be” who they are and to love whatever that may be.

    Hey there!
I’m kind of a new-ish reader of your blog, but I fully support everything you’re trying to get out there! This is the kind of message that I wish more women were to see instead of the usual thing that the media likes to put out. I’m really glad I found your blog to read all of your messages! I’m a teenage girl, and with most of my friends always comparing themselves to others and looking up to the skinny supermodels, it’s nice to be reminded by you that I have MY OWN kind of beauty –a beauty that I should appreciate– and it needs to be appreciated! I don’t need to look like anyone else, because I’m perfect the way I am! 🙂

I nominated you for an award on my blog..

..And you don’t have to accept, but I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and your message. I’m sure you’ll be reaching women of all ages, and you’re going to help so many of them! I can’t wait for you to post some more! I learn a lot with each one I read. God bless you!

So, glad you can relate and grow from the blog! You’re absolutely right when you state you have your OWN kind of beauty because you truly do. I admire that you are able to see that as a teenage girl, awesome. Thank you for the blog nomination, I will get on those questions soon!
